Additional Information From Sunny View Stables: Over 13 acres, fully fenced with horse-safe electric wire. Two barns, 14 stalls total (building more). 60-foot round pen. Two large pastures for turnout. Two smaller pastures used as turnout in winter and as riding arenas spring/summer/fall. Pastures are clean and safe. Owners responsible for worming, shots, dental, hoof care. Open to all ages and disciplines. PNH Welcome! Currently have one boarder studying L2. Owner practices non-PNH natural horsemanship techniques. Young/senior horses, special needs, and mares-in-foal also welcome. This is a low-key, friendly environment that is very supportive to any positive horsemanship goals. Contact owner to discuss the possibility of renting an arena for a clinic.   This Ranch is available for rent for Parelli Clinics and Events!
